Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern a booking
London Immersion · Terms & Conditions · Version 1.0

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking of a place on a London Immersion programme. By paying a deposit, you (the parent or guardian) agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the student.

1. The programme

London Immersion provides a premium residential programme of football training, English tuition, and university preparation for students aged 16–18. Programmes run in London over one or two weeks, in cohorts of up to fifteen students. The specific dates, itinerary, and what is included are set out in your booking confirmation. A place includes tuition and coaching, accommodation, meals, excursions and activities, airport transfers and local transport, insurance for the programme, and 24-hour pastoral care.

2. Fees and payment

Programme fees are available on enquiry and are confirmed in writing when we offer you a place. Fees are quoted per student and are payable in staged instalments, with a deposit to reserve the place followed by scheduled balance payments before arrival. The exact amounts and due dates are set out in your booking confirmation.

A place is reserved once we accept your booking and you pay the deposit. The deposit reserves your child’s place and is non-refundable. If the remaining payments are not received by the due dates set out in your booking confirmation, we may treat the place as cancelled.

3. Cancellation and refunds

If you need to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your child’s place and commits us to costs on their behalf. Our refund position for the remaining instalments reflects how close to the programme a cancellation is made, and the applicable refund schedule is set out in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation or changes by us

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a programme, we will offer a full refund of fees paid or a place on an alternative programme. We recommend that families hold appropriate travel and medical insurance to cover other costs, such as flights.

5. Visas, travel, and insurance

We support families through the UK visa process, but obtaining the correct visa — ordinarily a UK Standard Visitor visa for a short course — is the family’s responsibility. Adequate travel and medical insurance for the student is required for the duration of the programme; where insurance is included in the fee, its scope is described in your booking confirmation.

6. Health, consent, and conduct

You must provide accurate health, medical, and dietary information for the student before arrival, and complete our consent forms. Students are expected to follow the programme’s rules and code of conduct, which exist for their safety. In serious cases we may require a student to leave the programme, and your booking confirmation sets out when a refund would or would not apply.

7. Safeguarding and duty of care

We take our duty of care seriously and operate a full safeguarding policy, available in our Safeguarding Policy. Our care of the student is governed by that policy and by UK law.

8. Data protection

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
